High Barrier Metal Security Seal
 
  • One piece high security barrier seal.
  • Unique lock design that is virtually impossible to open.
  • No tool required for installation, simply push cable through body to lock.
  • Requires cable cutter to remove.
  • Standard overall length 425 mm with 4 mm diameter strong aircraft cable.
  • Can be supplied in other desired cable length.
  • Once locked, any attempt to separate cable from seal body only serves to strengthen the connection.
  • Maximum protection against pilferage, tampering, adulteration, theft.
  • no cut and rejoin possible. 
  • Pull apart force approximate 2000 kg. 
  • Materal : Aluminium body with aircraft cable
  • Seals supplied with engraved text matter upto 8 character and non-repeat sequential number of 7 digit.

CABLE  SECURITY SEAL
 

A strong versatile barrier seal.
  • One piece Aluminium Seal with galvanised aircraft cable.
  • Locking Key supplied with each seal.
  • Easy to use, just insert cable through cross drilled hole and tighten Locking Key against cable until key shears off.
  • Pass through holes as small as 2.0 mm. with ease.
  • Flexible to secure uneven or bent door locking mechanisms or where opening are too far apart from other type of seal.
  • Available in High Tensile Airecraftcable diametesr 1.6, 2.0, 4.0 & 5.0 mm. to accommodate a wide range of applications.
  • Breaking off Locking key makes it impossible to reapply the seal once removed.
  • Can be supplied with Stainless Steel Aircraft Cable on specific request.
  • Other lengths of Aircraft Cables can be provided against specific requirement for larger quantity order.
  • Material : Corrosion resistant Aluminium body with Galvanised Aircraft Control Cable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place loose end of cable through opening of application to be sealed, Insert end of cable into pre-drilled hole in seal body and pull to desired loop length. 2. Screw Locking Key into threaded hole inside of seal body to finally anchor cable. 3. Turn key until it shears off. Discard the broken key handle piece.
